Hesselberg Eiendom manages all of Sigurd Hesselbergs properties from the headquarters in Oslo. At the present time Hesselberg Eiendom manages approximately 45000 square meters divided between 3 properties; Økern (Oslo); Jeløy (Moss); and Åsane (Bergen).

Økern is home to the headquarters of the company, as well as the machine department’s main workshop. From here all our properties are administered. The property is the largest of the three, measuring over 30000 m2.
Økern is located in the geographical heart of Oslo and is easily accessible by car and public transport. As we like to say it, all roads lead to us.

Moss is where Hesselberg Bygg’s administration is seated, along with its laboratory and factory. Located on the coastline of Moss this property even has its own beach, and soon it will also sport a small quay. The land stretches 7500 square meters; of this 4000 m2 is built-up area. The property is well suited for office buildings, as well as residential housing.

Åsane, in Bergen, is Hesselberg Maskin and Hesselberg Truck’s main office on the west coast. The property measures roughly 3000 square meters, and will be completely renovated by the end of 2006.
